Control4 Software Release Announcement - OS 2.1
Control4 is pleased to announce that OS 2.1 is available for immediate download. This release improves the quality of the operating system. OS 2.1 includes enhancements to most areas of the system and user interface, brings back important features and capabilities, and provides significant new diagnostic and support features to make it easier to support clients without doing a truck roll.
OS 2.1 lets you use programmable buttons to set lighting or music scenes, create playlists, and easily access and control an entire home from any touch screen, the TV screen...and even iPhones, iPads and PCs with a MyHome license. Some of the new features in OS 2.1 include:
Custom Buttons—Create custom buttons in Composer for tasks that are commonly performed so the buttons show up on the on-screen and touch screen GUI. No more manual editing!
Language Support—Now supporting almost 20 languages!
Photo Screen Saver—Synchronized photos and timing on all screens.
Pool Control—Jandy and Pentaire support
Thermostats—More reliable performance including new functionality for the user interface in vacation mode
Zone Page— Improved compilation of analog sources to digital sources for zone control of audio to capture a broad range of source combinations.
